Wigan company Viking Saunas Ltd has just completed its fifth contract to refurbish the saunas of leading health and fitness group Next Generation, which is currently renovating eighteen of its prestigious clubs across the UK. 

 

“It has been vital to strike a balance between keeping disruption to a minimum whilst also making best use of budget and tight timescales. Whilst Viking Saunas are better known for designing and installing bespoke new saunas, they are actually specialists in refurbishing old ones, which has been an ideal solution for us.  Viking has not only been able to supply us with a cost effective solution but most importantly we have been able to trust them to keep to our timescales and their original quotations.”

Adrian Glover of Viking Saunas Ltd, adds: “Refurbishment was undoubtedly the best solution for Next Generation. In some of the clubs the cabins were quite old and worn, and although we still had to redesign some sauna interiors to accommodate modern behind-bench heaters, we were still able to keep costs down and get the club facilities back up and running as fast as possible. We now envisage a long-lasting relationship with the group as it continues to grow throughout the UK”.
Since February, Viking Saunas Ltd has carried out sauna refurbishments at Next Generation health clubs in Chorley, Edinburgh, Monifieth, Beckenham and a new sauna at High Wycombe.
